ATC-WICOMPT CONTRACT
1) The Wicompt brand and logo are exclusive property of the Isnetw srl company;
2) In case of company acceptance from Isnetw srl as "ATC-Wicompt" authorized training center, it authorizes it to the use of "ATC-Wicompt" and "Wicompt" logos as controlled in the following articles;
3) The authorized center commits itself to use the aforesaid logos in the dimension, proportions and colors as declared in the accreditation letter that will be sent;
4) the ATC center is obliged to insert a link on its company web site addressed to wicompt.net placed on the home page in a well visible, high position on the right or left of the home page;
5) The contract has an annual validity that expires the 31st of December of every solar year silently renewable of an equal period;
6) At the ATC center no bond to Certification Purchase is requested;
7) The didactic activity is the ATC center's full responsibility;
8) The ISNETW srl company will promote the ATC on its Wicompt site based on: the certifications purchased by them, at the company web site, at the promotions made;
9) for each certification purchased at the ATC center a discount of 50% of the value of the certification will be acknowledged; the payment will occur by cash at the delivery of goods through a messenger;
10) both parts agree to be able to cancel the present agreement in any moment with a 30 day warning with communication through e-mail, without for this practice economical requests for damages or missing income;
11) the improper use of the logo involves cancellation of the contract;
12) In case of cancellation of the contract it is forbidden by the ATC the use of "Wicompt" logos;
13) For any controversy it is the Italian court of Cagliari to be competent
