1. ACCEPTANCE OF THE CONDITIONS
The service that WICompt.com offers users is supplied by Isnetw srl, based on the following General Conditions for the Use of the Service. WICompt.com reserves the right to modify, in any moment, the present General Conditions that you can verify in the current page. The relationships between WICompt.com and the User are subject to all operative regulations in force for such services as published, as well as to the operative rules that can be inserted subsequently, that constitute integral and substantial part of the present contract.

2. DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICE
Currently WICompt.com supplies other users, the possibility to obtain the WICompt certification (WorldWide Informatic Competence). The Wicompt certification is released based on the valuations of a special Isnetw committee that will verify the professional and/or training curriculum of the candidate. The total credits assigned to the candidate is at total discretion of the Isnetw.
The user acknowledges and agrees that the Service is supplied in the manner and form as present in the web site.
If you choose the DOCTOR level certification you will receive, at the same price, all the other certifications of the same level and inferior ones (MASTER, EXPERT, JUNIOR) verifiable based on your curriculum, the certifications of the same type are excluded.

3. CERTIFICATION SERVICE COST
Formalizing the request with the special form the User commits himself to the payment of the agreed upon fee based on the level of the requested certification.
- All DOCTOR levels and less € 250,00
- All MASTER levels and less € 200,00
- All EXPERT levels and less € 150,00
- All Junior levels (Doctor Junior, Master Junior, Expert Junior) € 100,00

The above costs include taxes and shipment costs.
The payments will occur in countersign by cash at the reception of the certificate through mail or similar services.

4. WITHDRAWAL RIGHT
The sale of the products through the Internet are controlled, in ITALY, from the law D.Lgs n. 185 of the 22/05/1999 that regulates the subject of distant contracts, that is effected outside of the selling offices. The present law will be applied by Isnetw srl even to the Users that purchase from other countries.
Such legislation enacts the withdrawal right, or the possibility for the consumer to return the purchased product and obtain the refund of the sustained expense.

To practice the withdrawal right it is necessary to send, in 10 working days from the reception of the certificate, a communication in which the will to recede from the contract is stated with their bank account information. The only requested expenses are those of the reshipment of the product that are charged to the purchaser. The withdrawal right totally decays if the returned product is not integral.

Procedure for the operation of the withdrawal right:
In case one has effected a purchase on our site and wants to recede from the purchase, they must:
Send Isnetw srl, in 10 working days from the reception of the merchandise, with registered mail the "Wicompt Certification"; Take the necessary steps, using a messenger of their choice and take the responsibility of the relative expenses.

Isnetw srl will proceed, through bank credit transfer, to the relative refund cost of the sent merchandise (excluded the sustained shipment costs + the credit transfer expenses) in 14 working days from the shipment of the merchandise from the buyer and not before the reception of the goods.

5 SPECIAL WARNING FOR INTERNATIONAL USE
The user commits himself to respect all local rules regarding the on line behavior and the Contents. The User commits himself to respect all the applicable laws regarding the transmission of data and Contents exported in the country in which he is resident.

6. UNLIABILITY CLAUSE
The User declares and guarantees to keep WICompt.com unharmed and unliable from any damage obligation, included the reasonable legal expenses, that can originate at their charge in relation to the use of the Service made by the User.

7. GENERAL RULES RELATIVE TO THE USE
The User agrees that WICompt.com can not in any way be responsible for the valuation that single countries, associations, entities, assign to the "Wicompt" certification.
The levels of Wicompt certification: Doctor, Master, Expert and Junior are exclusively titles tied to the Wicompt certification therefor their use is consented only if proceeded by the term Wicompt.

8. MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE
WICompt.com reserves at any time the right to modify or disconnect the Service, temporarily or permanently.
The User agrees that WICompt.com will not be in any way considered responsible towards the Users or any others for the interruption of the offered Service.

9. LINKS
The service or the users can supply links to other sites or other web resources. The User agrees that WICompt.com can not in any way be considered responsible for the operation of such sites or external resources.

10. WICompt.com PROPERTY RIGHTS
The User acknowledges that the Service contains reserved information and is protected by the laws in subject of intellectual and/or industrial property and that such information is protected by the copyright, brand, patent or other intellectual and/or industrial laws. The User commits himself to not use, in any way, the WICompt.com brand without the preventive agreement of WICompt.com.

11. APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT COURT
The relationships between WICompt.com and the User are regulated by the Italian Republic law. For any controversy the Italian Court of Cagliari is competent.

12. VARIOUS
The lack of operation from WICompt.com of a right expected from the law or by the present CONDITIONS, does not constitute in any case renouncement of the same right.
